A no cost/no obligation 15 minute "meet-and-greet" is available upon request for those interested starting therapy. The intention of this time is to assess how we would work best together. Our focus will be on brief introductions, and I will be available to answer any questions you may have.

In our first session, we will complete an intake assessment (60 to 75 minutes) where we will collaborate on: what has brought you and/or your family to seek counseling, goals of our work together, as well as inherent strengths that will be of support in this process. It is an honor and privilege for me to join you on this path in pursuit of your goals – which will be the focus of our continued work together.

I am presently an "in network" provider through Premera, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield (affiliates), Tricare West, and First Choice. Making services accessible is a priority, therefore, I do offer sliding scale rates as available.

Private Pay (Full) Cost of Services:

• Intake (60 to 75 minutes) - $150.00

• Continuing Sessions (50 to 55 minutes) - $135.00

 

*As a fully-licensed clinician in the state of Washington, I am able to offer a receipt of services provided to submit to your insurance for out-of-network coverage.
